His knowledge of processes and his, “you bet, we’ll figure it out” attitude makes our order fulfillment accuracy incredible. He is amazing at being personable and connecting with individuals. He connects with everyone, including homeowners, electricians, superintendents, co-workers… everyone! He is continuing to provide the personal touch on each order that goes out the door. Now, you may still here him from time to time pull out the line from the Sandlot, “you’re killing me smalls!” However, that is because “I am as old as dirt and still working” (in his own words). He keeps up great with the crew and leads the way for them to know and understand what a great work ethic really looks like.

Whenever anyone has a question about an order, the warehouse, or a process – Jesse seems to always have an answer. In fact, he described his job with the following 3 words, “answer everyone’s questions”. Jesse is someone who can wear many hats and understands how to ensure the customer is ultimately taken care of in the best way possible. His favorite part about working at Foresight Lighting and Design is seeing all the cool homes that are being built. Even though his favorite place to be is either in the Bahamas or in bed, we are happy to have him with us at work.
