Making homes BEAUTIFUL is what Mollie is all about. Most of her ability to make homes beautiful comes from her design intuition and experience in working with homeowners. However, her time in Alaska watching nature and the Aurora Borialis from her office window has also helped her gain an appreciation for beauty. She is a delight to work with and she will do all she can to see our homeowners are happy (not just sastisfied). Since she is always focused on others, both at home and at work, she rarely has any free time, but spending time with her family and listening to some good Cold Play, Maroon 5, or Imagine Dragons are always at the top of her list.

With a degree in Interior Design and many years of experience in the design industry, Tawnie is amazing at helping homeowners coordinate lighting with all the wonderful elements in their home. Her greatest satisfaction comes from seeing the smile on a homeowners face when everything has turned out just right! Don’t let her fool you, Tawnie has an adventurous side to her, like checking off a few bucket list items such as walking on the great wall of China, learning to speak Spanish, and compete on The Amazing Race TV show. We’re hoping she needs to take some of her Foresight Lighting and Design family members on a few of those adventures.

Carson absolutely loves to be organized and have organization in his life. That makes him excellent in organizing his workday to see how many customers he can take care of each day. We greatly appreciate his “can do” attitude, as he always looks for ways to put the customer first. We love having the peace of mind that Carson can handle any situation. He brings past experiencing as a referee for little league basketball and we all know how tough of a job that can be. He has recently branched out and started listening to country music. So, don’t hesitate to put him to the test when you see him and make sure he knows both current and classic country singers. He loves being with family and that is why we love to continue the family culture here at Foresight Lighting and Design.
